The new version 3.55.0 is now available. This version is the first step to allow a complete new way of Service Management without the Microsoft Service Manager.

We introduce a complete data model for creating incidents, service requests, change requests and problem requests – all in our own Axanto world.

For automation, there are of course Activities for review and manual work, but we also have our extra ordinary powershell activity, allowing you to bring your Service Management automation to the next level.
