Within the Axanto Portal a set of predefined reports and charts are available. The reports give you a visual overview of the following: Number of Service Requests, Number of Incidents, Number of Incidents per month.
Further charts and reports can be configured.

Portal Dashboard

The Axanto Portal includes a fully customizable dashboard. It has one panel where the logged-in user can see their own incidents and ticket. In another panel new requests, service offerings or custom template can be placed.

In the incident panel a view of all incidents or a filtered overview can be opened. Incidents can be sorted by different properties like ID, priority, status and assignee.
