Axanto Portal 4.3 ist da. Die Anmeldung am Portal lässt sich mit einer Authenticator-App absichern, Request Offerings lassen sich im Designer umbauen und von ihren Eigentümern selbst pflegen, und API-Call-Aktivitäten melden sich mit hinterlegten Zugangsdaten an.

Was neu ist

Anmeldung

  • Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung: Die Anmeldung am Portal lässt sich mit einer Authenticator-App als zweitem Faktor absichern.
  • Anmeldung per Formular: Das Portal prüft das Passwort einmal bei der Anmeldung statt bei jeder Anfrage. Wie lange eine Anmeldung gilt, lässt sich in den Portaleinstellungen festlegen.
  • Portaleinstellungen lassen sich direkt in der Administrationsoberfläche bearbeiten.

Request Offerings und Designer

  • Struktur umbauen: Aktivitäten lassen sich im Designer verschieben, neu anordnen und zu sequenziellen oder parallelen Aktivitäten gruppieren.
  • Eigentümer pflegen selbst: Eigentümer eines Request Offerings und ihre Vertreter können dessen Aktivitäten bearbeiten.
  • Bedienung: Der Designer hat eine Aktionsleiste je Aktivität, ist per Tastatur bedienbar und behält nach Speichern, Löschen und Neuladen seinen Zustand.
  • Extension Data: Die Aktivitäten Create Entity und Modify Entity unterstützen Extension Data für Service-Manager-Zielklassen.

API-Call-Aktivitäten

  • Hinterlegte Zugangsdaten: API-Calls authentifizieren sich über gemeinsam hinterlegte Zugangsdaten – Basic/PAT, Bearer oder OAuth2 Client Credentials.
  • Fehlersuche: Ein fehlgeschlagener Aufruf zeigt den Grund direkt an der Aktivität.

Weitere Neuerungen

  • Die Detailansicht einer Service-Komponente zeigt die Incidents, Service Requests, Changes und Problems, die den Service betreffen.
  • Der Review-Katalog hat einen eigenen Administrationsbereich; sein Filter kennt NICHT/ODER-Bedingungen, verknüpfte Objekte und Extension Data.
  • Einen Datensatz über seine Nummer öffnen funktioniert jetzt für alle automatisch nummerierten Typen, ohne dass Key Fields gepflegt werden müssen.
  • Der Teams-Anwesenheitsstatus wird einmal je Benutzer und Seite abgefragt statt bei jedem Vorkommen.
  • In der Customization-Administration lassen sich Tabs endgültig löschen, und es ist zu sehen, welche Tabs eine Aktion verwenden.

Was wir außerdem erledigt haben

4.3 enthält 27 Korrekturen. Anträge bleiben nicht mehr an einer Aktivität hängen, deren Vorlage aus dem Request Offering gelöscht wurde, und Benutzer ohne Administratorrechte werden nicht mehr abgemeldet, wenn eine Seite eine Administratorfunktion aufruft. Eine Benachrichtigung, deren verknüpfter Datensatz fehlt, beendet nicht mehr die Benachrichtigungsrunde für alle anderen, und nach Ab- und erneuter Anmeldung im selben Tab kommen neue Benachrichtigungen wieder an. Die Kalenderansicht zeigt ihre Einträge wieder, und ein Benutzer aus dem Active Directory ersetzt nicht mehr einen gleichnamigen Benutzer aus einer anderen Domäne. Dazu kommen Sicherheitsupdates von Drittkomponenten (Stand Oktober 2026).

Update

Von 4.2 aus ist das Update ein normaler Setup-Lauf, die Datenbank wird dabei automatisch aktualisiert. Weil sich die Anmeldung geändert hat, ein paar Punkte für den Betrieb:

  • Das Setup stellt /api im IIS auf anonyme und Windows-Authentifizierung um und schaltet Basic aus. Integrationen, die sich per Basic anmelden, funktionieren weiter; der IIS-Rollendienst „Standardauthentifizierung“ wird nicht mehr gebraucht.
  • /legacyapi nimmt nur noch Aufrufe vom Server selbst an.
  • Für die Anmeldung per Formular sollte das Portal über HTTPS laufen.
  • Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung ist nach dem Update ausgeschaltet. Vor dem Einschalten: HTTPS, eine korrekte Serverzeit und Ausnahmen für Integrationskonten.
