Axanto Notify keeps your employees informed straight from the Windows tray — about incidents, maintenance windows and important IT messages, without a separate sign-in to the portal.
Axanto Notify runs in the Windows notification area and shows current incident announcements, planned maintenance and targeted notices from the portal. It signs users in automatically through their existing Windows account, so no separate password is needed. Messages are shown only to the users, computers or everyone they are addressed to. Where enabled, users can report that they are affected by an incident directly from the client and receive a linked ticket.

How it fits in
Notify is part of the Axanto Portal and runs entirely in your own infrastructure. Messages come from the portal server in your network; sign-in uses the Windows account. No credentials are stored, and the client does not connect to Axians or any cloud service. Notify collects system information only if you enable it on the server – it is off by default, and users can opt out.
Requirements:
• Windows 10 (1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit
• No .NET installation needed – the runtime is included in the package
• MSI or MSIX, per user or per device, deployable via Intune, Group Policy or Configuration Manager
• No administrator rights needed for users
• Axanto Portal reachable in the same network or via VPN
