Was neu ist

Überarbeitete Arbeitsansichten

Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem und Aktivitäten folgen jetzt einem einheitlichen Aufbau – in der Self-Service-Ansicht wie in der Analystenansicht.

  • Endbenutzer können ihre eigenen offenen Incidents zurückziehen und Rückfragen des Service Desks beantworten.
  • Reviewer und Verantwortliche einer Aktivität sehen und bearbeiten ihre Aktivitäten auch ohne Analystenrolle.
  • Aktivitäten zeigen die Anhänge ihres Work Items (nur lesend).

Entity-Aktivitäten im Designer

Eigentümer eines Request Offerings konfigurieren Create-Entity- und Modify-Entity-Aktivitäten selbst im Designer und wählen Klassen und Felder aus Listen. Scheitert das Speichern einer solchen Aktivität, endet sie als Failed mit dem Grund – statt als Completed.

Verträge

Verträge führen offene Angebote sowie Projektnummer, Abrechnungsart und Stundensatz und zeigen eine Stundenampel.

Weitere Neuerungen

  • E-Mail senden: ein Editor für alle Vorlagen, im Layout der Detailseite; die Sprache grenzt die Vorlagen ein.
  • Patch Manager: Die Maschinenansicht zeigt die gespeicherten Softwareupdates mit ihrem Synchronisationszeitpunkt und lässt sich aktualisieren.
  • Anhangvorschau: PDFs öffnen sich in der Vorschau, statt heruntergeladen zu werden.
  • Übersetzen: Die Zielsprache ist vorausgewählt, Fehler werden gemeldet, und die Schaltfläche erscheint nur, wenn ein Übersetzungsdienst eingerichtet ist.
  • Auf einer Detailseite, auf der nichts bearbeitet werden kann, ist die Speichern-Schaltfläche ausgeblendet.
  • Plattform: Apache Solr 9.11.0 mit der aktuellen Java-Laufzeit Amazon Corretto 21, dazu aktualisierte Drittkomponenten.

Was wir außerdem erledigt haben

4.5 enthält 35 Korrekturen. Endbenutzer können im Problem Management keine Analystenfelder mehr bearbeiten und sehen nicht mehr alle Problems. Listen, die nach „meine Gruppen“ oder „meine Rollen“ filtern, sind für Benutzer ohne Gruppen oder Rollen nicht mehr leer, und das Sortieren nach einer Extension-Data-Spalte liefert die richtige Reihenfolge. Ein Formular mit zwei Benutzerauswahlen speichert nicht mehr beide Antworten in einen Eintrag, und das Duplizieren eines Request Offerings mit Aktivitäten funktioniert wieder. Die SCCM-Synchronisation im Patch Manager speichert nach einem Update wieder Maschinen ohne Mandant, und ein Diagramm mit „ausblenden, wenn leer“ blockiert nicht mehr das ganze Dashboard.

Update

Von 4.4 aus ist das Update ein normaler Setup-Lauf, die Datenbank wird dabei automatisch aktualisiert. Solr 9.11.0 und die neue Java-Laufzeit kommen mit dem Setup, eine Neuindexierung ist dafür nicht nötig. Damit die Stundenampel auch an bestehenden Verträgen erscheint, müssen die Verträge einmal neu indexiert werden – das Upgrade-Runbook in der Produkthilfe nennt den Weg. Für das Update von 3.72 gilt weiter: bitte gemeinsam mit Ihrem Axanto-Ansprechpartner planen und vorher das Upgrade-Runbook in der Produkthilfe lesen.
